Lynda Kasina
PRINCIPAL
I hold a Masters’ in Education Management from the University of Villanueva, Madrid, a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nairobi and a Bachilleratto from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, Rome. I am passionate about Philosophical Anthropology and in particular the integral development of the human person and human service.
I am involved in the management of a diverse range of projects in Kibondeni College in partnership with Belgian NGO (ACTEC), the Swiss Foundation, Limmat Stiftung, the English Wonder Foundation, the Spanish NGO, Harambee and the Maite Iglesias Foundation, the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa, Safaricom Foundation, the Tim Wanyonyi Foundation, KCB Tujiajiri, Wake kwa Wake among others.
I am a member of the TVET Advisory Committee of the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa and the Safaricom Foundation Board.
Jacinta Nabangi
DEPUTY PRINCIPAL
I hold a B.Ed. Home Economics degree as well as PGD in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kenyatta University. Besides these, I have undertaken many other professional trainings, including Parenting and Family Life.
I have been in the teaching profession for 35 years. My area of specialization is Nutrition, Dietetics, and food science, with great interest in the training and all-round education of the young woman. I am also an enthusiast of CBET and Dual training.
My passion as an educator is to see young girls bloom into mature, well-grounded women with values and skills that make a positive difference first of all in their own lives, their families and their professional spaces.
Josphine Njuguna
DEAN OF STUDIES
I am a Hospitality training expert with 15 years’ of working experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Strathmore University and a Diploma in Catering and Accommodation Management from Kibondeni College. I am certified in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and I have worked in various sectors as a pastry section head, teacher, catering manager and I have implemented various academic programs including the German’s dual training in Kenya.
As the Dean, I oversee academic and administrative operations of the college departments, coordinate curriculums and ensure their implementation to enable students gain expertise in hospitality training in a safe and productive learning environment. I also empower the teaching staff to embrace and adopt the changing technologies in hospitality for better academic performance of our students and growth of staff.
